New System of Coaching - Positive - Pro active - Assessments

  Our Aims:

 ·        The aim is to teach the skills and ethos of the game of cricket; using group coaching techniques, net practice and competitive games, with the emphasis on developing an enjoyment of the game and confidence as well as skills.

 ·        Staffed by experienced and fully qualified ECB coaches, with a ratio of one coach to every seven children.

 ·        Player development - "like" playing and practicing against "like". Whether it is in the nets or in match play.  

 ·        Identifying and developing potential talent to achieve representative level.

 ·        Specialist Demonstration Sessions - in Wicket-keeping Batting and Bowling Techniques with "Master Classes" for the most talented players.

 ·        Provide 100% activity and player involvement to include the key element Fun!

 ·        Planned development and integration of Colts into senior Cricket.
